We are a small, family-run property maintenance company based in Earlwood on Sydney's Inner West and with work all over Sydney.

- Fulltime position with the potential to continue as a permanent ongoing position dependent on performance.
n
- Pay is negotiable dependent on experience
n
- Mobile phone with phone plan and tablet for providing quotes to clients included in package
n
- Uniform and PPE to be provided
n
- Credit card available for materials and job supplies
n

The successful applicant will report to the supervisor and will be responsible for general garden maintenance including but not limited to:

n

n
- landscape maintenance activities as required on site, for example mowing, weeding, edging, pruning, planting, and hedging
n
- litter removal and weed control
n
- garden bed maintenance
n
- leaf blowing and mulching
n
- herbicide application
n

n

Successful applicant:

n

n




- have a horticulture or similar qualification desirable, apprentices are welcome to apply
n
- have previous work experience in the industry preferred but not a must
n
- have keen eye for detail and passion for the job
n
- be able to work autonomously with minimal guidance
n
- be able to communicate well with clients
n
- be able to demonstrate compliance with WHS requirements and risk management practices
n
- be valuable with ladders up to 14 feet
n
- be capable of soft landscaping
n
- be able to work all over Sydney
n
- be physically fit, reliable, honest, punctual and hard working
n
- own UTE, tools and insurance preferred but can supply all with different pay package
n
- have a current and valid manual full driver's licence.
n
- be able to provide two references from previous work experience in the industry
n
- be able to provide a police check.
