Bay Ten Espresso is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to take ownership of the venue and help shape its next stage. This is more than a "keep the café running" role. You'll work closely with the wider management team across day-to-day operations, people, coffee, food, suppliers, customer experience and commercial performance. There is genuine prospect to help develop the venue further, including events, catering, extended trading and future weekend trade.

- Lead and develop the Bay Ten team

- Own the day-to-day operation and service

- Maintain high standards across coffee, food, hospitality and presentation
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and regulars
n
- Manage ordering, stock, suppliers and wastage
n
- Monitor sales, COGS, labour and overall venue performance
n
- Support menu and beverage development
n
- Identify opportunities to improve the business and customer experience
n
- Help shape the future growth and direction of Bay Ten
