Clinical Nurse Consultant (Mental Health - Crisis Stabilisation Unit) Provide intensive and community centred, mental health, alcohol and/or drug interventions and ongoing assessments for patients who require higher intensity services including risk assessment, crisis management, safety planning treatment, rehabilitation and support to recover from mental illness.

You will
Deliver high level clinical services in accordance with professional code of ethics
Provide efficient and responsive mental health assessment and management within the Crisis Stabilisation Unit
Deliver a high level of assessment, treatment planning and case management for high risk patients
Provide high level expertise of comprehensive and flexible mental health service
About you To be successful in this position you will require:
A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia
A Masters or higher qualification within a relevant area is highly desirable
Driver Licence
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening,
to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for current employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $70.92- $77.00 per hour
