Due to our continued and rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has an excitingposition available for a Full time Security Officer to join our business and work for a very well-known Global client our Blacktown NSW location.

The

Full timeSecurity Officer must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply.



We have Full time position

working a 4on 4off roster pattern 0600-1800 and 1800-0600 Key Tasks

Provide a security service in line with the site SOP’s and customer requirements in order to protect the customer’s employees, property and other assets. Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s). Ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always. Deal with queries from the public, customers/visitors and employees. Must have a valid Security License Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness Be able to work independently, self -aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the team Be punctual and reliable Be proactive,



whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality Experience in a concierge/hosting/customer facing role Previous security workplace experience and/or security awareness training Why Join Securitas?
