Sourcing and interviewing candidates across the aged care industries Managing a large pool of casual and permanent employees Matching candidates to suitable opportunities Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation Building solid relationships with existing clients and candidates Maintaining accurate candidate records within the recruitment system Ensuring a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates About you
