We're Hiring: Experienced Machine Operator – Marlee Signs This is your chance to step into a role where skill meets creativity. We want someone who can hit the ground running, own their workflow, and help keep our production floor running at peak performance.

You’ll work confidently across:

Colex cutters

Large-format digital printers

Laminators, routers, plotters & more

If it’s in a signage workshop, you’ll be hands-on with it.

What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive here if you have:





2+ years’ experience in the signage industry

Strong understanding of print production, finishing, and materials

The ability to troubleshoot machines and keep jobs flowing smoothly

A sharp eye for detail and commitment to premium-quality work

Solid communication, reliability, and a team-focused mindset
