to join our teams across

Alstonville Family Dental

and

Maven Dental Lismore .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working with patients and supporting the clinical team. We can offer stable, consistent hours across 2–3 days per week, making this a great fit for someone looking for ongoing casual work.

Job Description Working across both our Alstonville and Lismore clinics, your day will include a combination of dental assisting and reception responsibilities, including:

Assisting dentists during clinical procedures

Preparing and setting up surgeries

Sterilisation and infection control

Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly experience

Answering phones and managing patient enquiries

Booking and confirming appointments

Processing payments and assisting with general administration

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic

Supporting the wider team wherever needed

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly,



approachable and patient-focused

Reliable and organised

Comfortable working across both clinical and reception duties

A confident communicator who enjoys working with people

Able to work well as part of a team

Previous

dental assisting or dental reception experience is preferred , but we are open to the right person with a strong customer service background

Available to work

2–3 days per week with stable, ongoing hours
