Q One is looking for an experienced Handyman / Carpenter to join our growing Sydney team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and can confidently handle a broad range of building repairs and maintenance tasks across commercial and residential projects. We're looking for a reliable, skilled tradesperson who can work independently, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to a hardworking team culture. About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: General building and carpentry repairs Facilities and property maintenance Reactive and preventative maintenance works Handyman repairs across a variety of sites Minor fit-out and improvement works Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues Maintaining safe and compliant work practices on site Working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members No two days are the same, and the role offers a strong mix of practical maintenance and carpentry-based work. About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:



Minimum 6 years experience in handyman, carpentry, or maintenance roles Current, valid drivers licence National Police Check Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Strong understanding of best-practice site work and safety Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on site Clear communication skills and skilled presentation Ability to work well within a team environment Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship What We Offer
