You will own the ITSM engagement in front of the client. You establish the requirement, build the solution to fit how the client's workplace actually behaves, and deliver the solution directly or with other team members.

Key responsibilities JSM implementations and redesigns for enterprise and government clients

ESM deployments taking JSM beyond IT into HR, legal, facilities, and other service teams

ServiceNow to JSM migrations

Assets and Enterprise Asset Management builds

Complex approval routing, multi team workflows, and integrations across the Atlassian suite and with external systems

Contribute to extending JSM with AI alongside client delivery

Run workshops and present designs to clients

About you Hands on JSM configuration experience across request types, workflows, SLAs, automation, and permissions

Working knowledge of APIs and scripting to support integrations with systems outside the Atlassian suite

Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders on requirements and design

Written and spoken English at the standard enterprise and government clients expect in workshops and design documentation

The judgement to find the process need behind a stated request,



and to ask for a peer review when a design decision is uncertain

Full Australian work rights, with no visa sponsorship available for this role

The ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance

ITIL 4 Foundation and Atlassian certifications are well regarded, and we will fund them if you do not hold them yet

Three days a week in our Pymble office, Tuesday to Thursday

Travel is minimal, in the order of 10 days a year

Small delivery team. You report to a director and you are in the room for the decisions
