Physio Inq in Melbourne is seeking an early- to mid-career physiotherapist who wants real growth, not a handed-off caseload. You’ll receive supervision, structured growth, and real-time clinical support from a senior team leader. You’ll build confidence at your own pace with shadowing before independent initials, weekly 1:1 supervision, MDT meetings, and travel within a 30–45 minute radius that respects your life. Travel counts toward targets and you’ll have an admin day for planning.
