This is a permanent part-time position at Brighton Discount Drug Store. The roster will include regular weekend work. Brighton is conveniently located on Brisbane's northern bayside near Sandgate and within easy reach of Redcliffe.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service

Assisting customers with pharmacy products and general health enquiries

Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions

Providing Lotto services to customers

Receiving, pricing and replenishing stock

Maintaining attractive and well-organised displays

Supporting promotional activities and catalogue changes

Helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient pharmacy

Working closely with pharmacists and other team members

About you

Has excellent communication and customer-service skills

Is friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people

Is reliable,



organised and comfortable working in a busy workplace

Has strong attention to detail

Works well independently and as part of a team

Is willing to learn Lotto operations if they do not already have experience

Previous community-pharmacy, retail or Lotto experience and relevant pharmacy-assistant training would be highly regarded; however, training may be provided to the right applicant

Approximately 20-25 hours of work per week
