Burleigh Pavilion on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Pavilion Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. You will oversee Hosts, Food Runners and service flow, ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience while collaborating with the Venue Manager and Head Chef. You will manage rostering, wages and menu coordination, drive team performance, coach staff and conduct pre-service briefings to set the tone for the day.
