EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Security Control Room Operator for our Melbourne CBD site. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, coordinating access, and responding to incidents in a full time, on-site capacity. Ideal candidates will have a Victorian Security Licence, First Aid, strong communication, and customer service skills. The position requires flexibility for a 12-hour shift on a 4/3 roster and prior security experience is valued.
