We have a 0.6FTE position available for a motivated and dynamic physiotherapist to join our Community Physiotherapy Services (CPS) team running classes in the Midland area.
Community Physiotherapy Services (CPS) delivers rehabilitation groups in non-medical community facilities providing a discharge option for patients requiring physiotherapy intervention following an episode of inpatient and/or outpatient care. We deliver individual programs within a group environment and in a variety of settings – gyms, land-based and hydrotherapy – providing both specific and general programs catering to a range of clinical specialities including musculoskeletal, neurological, falls/frailty and cardiopulmonary. We specialise in providing home exercise programs and teaching self-management strategies to facilitate clients to maximise their potential and live independently in the community.
We are currently looking for a physiotherapist to run general rehabilitation and gym classes primarily at Swan Active Midvale. The office is based at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital where you will only be required to attend once a fortnight.

- 6 permanent FTE treating sub-acute clients in a non-medical facility primarily in the Midvale area.
