Blackmores is undertaking a significant business transformation as we introduce new ways of working across our ERP and technology landscape. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of a new, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP, alongside a CRM program and a portfolio of supporting initiatives.

As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of satellite projects alongside the core ERP program. You'll bring structure, momentum and delivery confidence across multiple initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track, dependencies are actively managed and teams are ready for successful go-live.

We are looking for 2x Senior Project Managers. These are fixed-term roles until approximately Q4 2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of smaller, satellite projects supporting Blackmores' ERP transformation, from planning and execution through to go-live and transition into business as usual.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring milestones, critical paths, resources and dependencies remain on track.
- Lead cross-functional teams, systems integrators and external vendors to maintain delivery momentum and remove blockers.




- Manage dependencies across the satellite project portfolio, core ERP program, CRM program and business teams.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies, escalating material matters with clear options and recommended actions.
- Manage project budgets, vendor spend, forecasting and change impacts to ensure solid commercial control.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, business owners, technology teams and vendors, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, decisions and priorities.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex transformation environments and knows how to turn plans into delivery. You're comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes.

You'll bring:

- At least 5 years' project management experience delivering complex business, technology or transformation projects.
- Experience delivering projects within or alongside a large ERP or enterprise transformation program.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, systems integrators and external vendors in a multi-vendor environment.
- Strong project planning, dependency, RAID, change control and budget management skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working within structured governance and project management frameworks.

Highly regarded:

- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in regulated environments or with GxP validation.
- Experience across payroll, HR master data or employee data projects.
- Experience working with systems integrators and enterprise delivery partners.
- Familiarity with tools such as Planview, Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow.
