Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager, You Will Provide Project Management Leadership Across Digital Health Projects And Initiatives Within Metro South Health, Helping Translate Technology Into Practical Solutions That Improve Health Services And Outcomes.

You Will Work Across The Full

Project Lifecycle And Collaborate With Clinical, Operational, Executive, Technical And External Stakeholders To Deliver Sustainable Solutions. You Will

- Lead and coordinate projects from initiation, planning and procurement through testing, implementation, transition to business as usual and closure.
- Apply best-practice project management methodologies to deliver outcomes within agreed scope, budget, timeframes and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality project plans, schedules, budgets, reports, governance submissions, registers and other project documentation, while monitoring risks, issues and milestones.
- Build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, providing high-level analysis, advice and recommendations to support decision-making, issue resolution and successful project delivery.

About You We are looking for an experienced project professional who can confidently navigate complex environments, bring structure and accountability to projects, and build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group. You have:

- Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing complex projects from initiation through implementation and closure,



preferably within a digital health or ICT environment.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks and issues in a changing workplace.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, manage expectations and communicate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, with a commitment to accountability, integrity, compassion, respect and continuous learning.

About Digital Health & Informatics Digital Health & Informatics is responsible for Digital Health/ICT service delivery within Metro South Health. It is focused on the translation of technology into healthcare, linking the patient, clinicians, and technology to improve health outcomes for our patients and our community.

Health & Informatics provides a service across Metro South Health including Princess Alexandra Hospital, Logan Hospital, QEII Hospital, Redland Hospital, Beaudesert Hospital and several community facilities.
