Reporting directly to the Founder, this role has been created for you to target and close the biggest accounts in the country, write the playbook that led you there and then build a team around you to scale growth.

What you'll be doing

- Landing top teir network relationships — mid-sized and boutique franchise networks.
- Running the whole sales motion yourself. Multi-stakeholder, franchise-level deals — you're the one building the relationship with the principals.
- Shaping the sales process itself. We've got the systems, the reporting and the data — we need you to to turn that into a repeatable, scalable process.

What you can bring to the team

- You've sold technology, software, analytics or data into the real estate industry.
- You follow a consultative, enterprise-style sales process — comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable being patient through a longer cycle, and comfortable holding your own with senior stakeholders who've heard every pitch in the book.




- Ability to work remotely and travel when you need to close interstate deals.

The money, properly broken down

- Base: $140k–150k + super
- Commission: 10% of net profit, genuinely uncapped — no accelerator cliffs, no quarterly reset games
- OTE: $15k/month in commission once ramped (around the 12-month mark) — call it $180k+ in commission on top of base
- Minimum earning potential: north of $300k for someone who performs, with no ceiling built into the structure.
