You have strong analytical and communication skills, expertise in evidence gathering, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution, and the ability to interpret policies and functions to provide high-quality support and advice.

In this role, you'll:

Conduct activities to ensure that security governance frameworks, policies, standards, procedures and plans are consistently applied throughout Sydney Metro. The role will see you work across the organisation to drive awareness of, and compliance with security governance requirements.

Note: This is NOT a Cyber Security role.

About You

Your knowledge and understanding of the function of security management and its role in managing risk will see you excel in this role.

You have skilled experience in the delivery of governance processes and systems for a large, matrix organisation. You have demonstrated extensive experience in writing, proof reading and editing of reports, briefing papers, policies, standards and procedures.

You hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or professional certifications in security management and if required,



meet Australian Government Security Vetting Agency requirements and be able to maintain a security vetting clearance.
