Senior Systems Engineering Opportunities - Defence & Aerospace

We are currently partnering with several leading Defence and aerospace organisations delivering complex, mission-critical communication and systems solutions across air traffic management, air defence, commercial aviation and public safety.

Due to continued growth across multiple programs, we are seeking experienced Systems Engineering professionals with 10 years' experience to join a range of technical and senior positions.

About The Roles

These positions will contribute to the development and delivery of complex, integrated systems across the full engineering lifecycle.

Depending On The Position, Responsibilities May Include

- Leading and delivering systems engineering activities across complex programs

- Developing and managing system requirements and technical specifications

- Supporting systems architecture and design activities

- Managing system integration, verification and validation

- Providing technical leadership across engineering teams and projects

- Supporting product development and lifecycle management

- Identifying and managing technical risks and engineering issues

- Working closely with customers, suppliers, project teams and other engineering disciplines

- Supporting technical reviews, design decisions and engineering assurance





- Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and practices

About You

We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers who have worked within Defence, aerospace or other complex, safety-critical engineering environments.

You Will Ideally Have

- 10 years' experience in Systems Engineering

- Experience delivering complex or integrated systems

- Defence and/or aerospace industry experience

- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes

- Experience across requirements, architecture, integration and verification/validation

- Robust analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills

- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring or product ownership for relevant positions

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
