Senior MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Sales

Delivery Centric is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant

to provide senior functional leadership across a major Dynamics transformation. The role will work across business, functional and technical domains , shaping solutions, challenging requirements, advising stakeholders and helping uplift the internal Dynamics team through hands-on leadership, coaching and knowledge sharing. Analyse sales and customer lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation. Translate business requirements into scalable and pragmatic

Dynamics 365 solutions . Develop functional designs, process models, user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead solution discussions across Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM and related business processes. Work closely with solution architects, developers and integration teams to ensure functional requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integration considerations. Challenge existing processes and requirements to drive adoption of

Dynamics best practices . Support solution validation, testing, defect management and deployment. Act as the senior functional escalation point for complex business and Dynamics 365 issues. Mentor and coach internal functional consultants and delivery team members. Lead knowledge transfer and help build strong internal Dynamics 365 functional capability.
