Joinery Drafter - Microvellum Specialist We are looking for a highly skilled Microvellum drafter to play a key role in delivering bespoke projects. This is a niche role requiring a distinct combination of experience and skills.

About the Role This is an exciting prospect for a motivated and detail-oriented Microvellum professional with a strong understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of custom joinery and manufacturing.

Working closely with our operations and design teams, you will be responsible for preparing detailed documentation and production-ready drawings that support efficient manufacturing processes and the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed drawings for CNC production

Ensure accuracy of drawings to prevent re-works and improve efficiencies

Develop clear production ready files

Ask questions when you think something can be done differently to improve the end result

Collaborate throughout the manufacturing process and provide technical support to production staff

Proactively engage in the communication phase of every project

Manage revisions and document files across projectsClearly communicate technical details to production and installation teams

Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and within project timeframes





Demonstrated experience as a Joinery Drafter or similar role within the joinery and cabinetry industry

Advanced understanding and working knowledge of Microvellum

Ability to produce accurate and efficient drafting documentation

Confident working with technical drawings

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proactive approach to resolving design and production challenges

Professional, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and collaboration across departments

Highly Regarded

Exposure to bespoke manufacturing, CNC production and the installation processes

Experience working within a fast-paced project environment with competing priorities
