We are seeking an

experienced and highly motivated Kitchen Designer

with a proven track record in

end-to-end project management

and

lead conversion

to join our successful team. This is a

full-time, salary-based role

supported by a rewarding

commission scheme , along with a

company vehicle, mobile phone , and all necessary selling tools.

The successful applicant will need the following attributes:

Proven sales experience

with a strong track record in converting enquiries into successful projects.

Strong project management skills , with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams.





A proven history in

kitchen design and sales , with recent experience using kitchen design software such as

Cabmaster

or similar (advantageous).

A background in

cabinet making or joinery

is beneficial. We are prepared to train a suitable tradesperson who may be looking to transition into sales and design.

The ability to work in a

harmonious team environment , as well as being able to

self-motivate

and work autonomously.
