This is a great opportunity for an experienced Small Works Foreman to join the Small Works division of one of Sydney's most successful commercial fitout and refurbishment builders.

You'll manage a variety of smaller commercial and maintenance-style projects, taking them from the initial site visit and scope through to completion.

This is a highly successful builder with the resources of a major contractor but a culture where people are known, supported and encouraged to build long-term careers.

The Role This isn't a traditional Foreman role where you're based on one project for the next two years.





You'll be out and about across Sydney, managing a variety of smaller projects and dealing directly with clients and subcontractors.

You'll:

Visit sites and scope required works

Identify trades and materials required

Engage and coordinate subcontractors

Manage multiple small projects

Liaise directly with clients

Coordinate materials and site requirements

Complete some light hands-on work when required

Take projects from initial scope through to completion

You'll have access to the company's extensive subcontractor network and full support from the wider construction team.

What You Need

Experience running small works, maintenance, facilities or minor projects

Strong fitout and refurbishment knowledge

Reliable references
