Are you a commercially astute sales skilled with a passion for fresh produce and building lasting customer partnerships?

We're seeking an experienced

National Sales Manager

to lead the sales strategy and execution for our avocado, mango and summer lemon categories. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of agriculture, retail and international markets, directly influencing commercial outcomes from orchard to customer.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play a critical role in transforming crop forecasts into profitable sales programs, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring our produce reaches the right market, at the right time, for the best possible return.

About the Role This is far more than a traditional sales role.

Working closely with our farming, logistics and finance teams, you'll develop seasonal sales strategies, negotiate with major retailers and export customers, and provide commercial leadership across a highly dynamic and seasonal environment.

Your ability to balance customer needs, market conditions and crop availability will be key to your success.

Based in Brisbane with regular travel to Bundaberg or based from Bundaberg.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute seasonal sales plans across retail, wholesale and export channels.

Manage strategic relationships with major retail customers including Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.

Lead weekly pricing, volume submissions and commercial negotiations.

Optimise channel allocation to maximise returns across the season.

Monitor crop performance and adjust sales strategies as volumes, quality and sizing fluctuate.

Collaborate with farming,



logistics and finance teams to deliver customer commitments.

Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and manage commercial risk.

Oversee relationships with third-party marketing partners responsible for fresh mango sales.

About You You are a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, seasonal environments. You can see the bigger picture while staying across the operational detail required to deliver outcomes.

You'll bring:

Proven experience in fresh produce sales, account management or category management

Strong negotiation skills across retail, wholesale and/or export markets

Experience working within horticulture, agribusiness or other perishable product categories

The ability to interpret market and crop data and convert insights into action

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

A collaborative style and experience working across multiple business functions

Strong analytical capability and confidence using Excel and forecasting systems

Experience within avocado, mango, citrus or related fresh produce categories will be highly regarded.
