Learn how the world connects through international trade!
Youll learn how goods move around the world and the role freight forwarders play in getting them from A to B. Working within the Export Air Freight team, youll gain exposure to international shipments, customers, airlines, transport providers and overseas partners.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating international air freight shipments from origin to destination
- Communicating with customers, overseas offices, airlines and transport providers
- Preparing and checking international shipping documentation and learning the import and export requirements for each country
- Tracking shipments and monitoring important milestones
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate job files
- Learning about international trade, transport,
customs and compliance
- Working with experienced logistics professionals to understand the end-to-end freight forwarding process
You dont need previous industry experience — whats most important is your attitude, curiosity and genuine interest in building a career in logistics.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A recent Business or Commerce Graduate ready to commence a full-time career
- Passionate about building a career within the logistics industry
- Curious about how international trade and supply chains work
- An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
- IT savvy and confident learning new systems
- Reliable, motivated and committed with a strong work ethic
- A positive and proactive team player!

Salary: $65,000 + Super + benefits
