- 5+ years marketing experience within sports/events or culture marketing within Queensland.
- 3+ years of people management experience (direct line manager responsibilities).
- Experience in working with universities or casual workforce will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Travel 30-40%
