Are you a communications leader who enjoys building structure, influencing stakeholders and making an impact?

As Senior Communications Manager, you'll lead and drive the communications strategy within Legal & Corporate Affairs for Milwaukee and TTI’s enterprise communications across ANZ, partnering across all aspects of our business to deliver clear, trusted and impactful communications across the business.

you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure our people remain connected to our vision, priorities and continued growth.

Some of your key responsibilities, are as follows:

Communications Strategy & Business Unit Communications

- Develop and execute the communications strategy for Milwaukee and TTI’s enterprise communications, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and business objectives.
- Establish communication frameworks, governance and standards that ensure consistent, trusted and effective messaging across the organisation.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and stakeholder outcomes.
- Drive a capability uplift across the Communications function within Legal & Corporate Affairs, strengthening strategic partnering and internal brand of the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Establish planning and governance mechanisms that ensure visibility, collaboration and consistency across communication initiatives.
- Facilitate sharing of priorities, stakeholder impacts and communication activities across other functions that communicate within our business (such as Marketing).

Lead and Develop Internal Communications Team





- Lead and develop the Communications team within Legal & Corporate Affairs, creating a high-performing, customer-focused and strategically aligned function.
- Balance strategic leadership responsibilities with direct delivery of communication plans, messaging, content and stakeholder engagement activities ensuring effective allocation of responsibilities amongst the team.

What you will bring to the role:

- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations or Journalism.
- Significant experience (7+ years) in communications, corporate communications, corporate affairs or internal communications leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication strategies within complex, fast-paced organisations.
- Experience leading other communications professionals including effective allocation of accountabilities and ensuring consistency in messaging across all communications.
- Proven experience supporting organisational change, transformation programs and large-scale business initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and providing strategic communications advice.
- Demonstrated capability leading stakeholder engagement, reputation management and issues communications.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
