We’re working with a well-established agency in Maroochydore seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage an established residential portfolio in a predominantly office-based role.

What’s on Offer

- Up to $100,000 + Super
- 2 days WFH per week - after onboarding
- Monday to Friday – no weekends
- Office-based
- No routine inspections
- Established portfolio of approx. 200 properties
- Solid systems and supportive team
- Great Maroochydore location

The Role

- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinate maintenance and contractors
- Manage arrears and tenancy compliance
- Prepare notices and tenancy documentation




- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Deliver a high level of client service

About You

- Experienced residential Property Manager
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confident managing your own portfolio
- Proactive and solutions-focused
