We are looking for an Oracle EPM Project Lead for a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne
Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it’s essential that you have lead experience;
Some of the experience required:
- Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Oracle EPM as a lead (this is ESSENTIAL)
- Strong experience is required around (Planning/EPBCS - Essential, also PCM (ideal) and ARCS
- A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
- A consulting mindset—strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
As part of the Oracle Cloud EPM team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore).
You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support—helping clients adopt best-practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.
In this role, you will:
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
- Lead collaborative workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
- Prepare transparent, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
- Continuously grow your Oracle Cloud expertise through training, self-learning, and knowledge-sharing.
- Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
- Travel is part of this role - with occasional travel (must be open to this)
- Hybrid role - with 3 days in the office
