Join Avivo's Reception team as a Casual Reception Officer, providing leave cover across our Osborne Park office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting, and can step in to support the team during annual leave, sick leave and other planned absences. The initial coverage requirement is for a two-week period commencing Friday 2 October.

What you'll do:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, families, visitors and employees, helping create a welcoming and professional experience. You'll answer incoming calls, welcome visitors, coordinate enquiries, assist with mail and deliveries, and provide general administrative support across Avivo.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Strong administration and organizational abilities
- A positive, proactive attitude
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
