To be successful you will have the following:

- A degree in Construction Management or a relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Experience in EBA site environments
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with industrial relations (IR)
- Demonstrated success in high-rise construction projects
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments
- Solid leadership skills in site and structural supervision within commercial construction
- Highly organised,



with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic

The Structures Foreman will oversee all structural works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery. You will lead and coordinate structural trades and crane crews, with prior experience in high-rise construction highly regarded.
