The Role

We are seeking a driven External Business Development Manager to join our growing QLD team. Reporting to the QLD/NT Sales and Design Manager, you will champion our suite of sustainable stormwater products and engineering solutions across commercial and civil sectors in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

n

Drive specification and sales of Atlan's market-leading stormwater treatment, detention, and harvesting systems with consultants, contractors, and councils.

n

Build and manage a robust project pipeline from early design phases through to construction delivery.

n

Deliver engaging technical presentations and project consultations to civil engineers and industry stakeholders.

n

Collaborate closely with our in-house engineering and design support teams to provide tailored client solutions.

n

Achieve and exceed regional sales targets while expanding Atlan's footprint in QLD.





n

Skills & Experience

n

Proven experience in external sales, BDM, or technical account management within civil construction, building products, or stormwater/water management.

n

Ability to read civil/engineering plans and interpret technical specifications is highly advantageous.

n

Relationship-driven mindset with stellar communication and negotiation skills.

n

Valid Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel across QLD.
