Are you an experienced aluminium window and door fabricator looking for a stable, long-term role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility?

Majestic Aluminium Windows & Doors is a well-established aluminium window and door manufacturer based in West Gosford. We manufacture custom residential windows and doors from start to finish, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, service and attention to detail.

We're looking for an experienced fabricator who can bring knowledge and capability to our team, particularly with bi-fold doors, hinged doors and more technical products.

n

For the right person, there is also a genuine opportunity to progress into a senior leadership / Factory 2IC role over time.

What You'll Do

n

Depending on your experience and strengths, your role will include:

n

n
- Fabricating aluminium windows and doors from start to finish
n




- Acting as a backup fabricator for hinged doors, bi-fold doors and other high-end / technical products
n
- Providing technical knowledge and troubleshooting support for hinged doors, bi-folds and more complex products
n
- Preparing aluminium extrusions and components ready for assembly
n
- Accurately using saws, copy routers and other fabrication equipment
n
- Reading job paperwork, measurements and specifications accurately
n
- Identifying and resolving fabrication issues
n
- Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship
n
- Supporting less-experienced team members when required
n
- Helping keep production organised and jobs moving through the factory efficiently
n

As you become familiar with our products, systems and team, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility for production preparation, workflow, technical problem-solving, supporting other team members and other areas of factory operations.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has solid experience manufacturing aluminium windows and doors
n
- Has strong knowledge and hands-on experience fabricating hinged doors and bi-fold doors
n




- Is confident working on more complex and technical aluminium window and door products
n
- Takes pride in producing quality work
n
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
n
- Is accurate, organised and reliable
n
- Is confident troubleshooting fabrication problems
n
- Works well as part of a small team
n
- Is willing to share their knowledge and help less-experienced staff
n
- Has the initiative to see what needs doing and get on with it
n
- Is interested in taking on greater responsibility as they develop within the business
n

Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential. We're equally interested in an experienced fabricator who has the right attitude, technical knowledge and potential to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

n

n
- Previous aluminium window and door fabrication experience
n
- Hands-on bi-fold and hinged door fabrication experience is essential
n
- Ability to accurately read measurements and job specifications
n
- Experience using relevant aluminium fabrication machinery and equipment
n
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Physically capable of performing the requirements of the role
n
- Australian working rights
n
