n ISAustralia is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Quality Assurance Officer – Data & Enrolment Compliance to join our growing Quality Assurance team.

n

This is not simply a student administration role.

n

You will sit within our Quality Assurance function and play an important role in protecting the integrity of our student records, enrolment processes and regulatory data across our Australian and Timor-Leste operations.

n

You will review, check, question and improve the way student information moves through our organisation, from pre-enrolment through to certification.

n

If you enjoy finding inconsistencies, fixing processes and making sure things are done properly the first time, this could be the role for you.

The role

n

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide independent quality assurance oversight across student enrolment, administration, data and records.

n

Your work will include:

n

n
- Reviewing pre-enrolment and enrolment files for accuracy, completeness and compliance
n
- Conducting quality checks across student records and data
n
- Reviewing eligibility, identity, USI and pre-training review evidence
n
- Conducting data integrity checks within our Student Management System and LMS
n
- Preparing and validating AVETMISS/NAT data
n
- Identifying data discrepancies and coordinating rectification
n
- Conducting pre-issuance checks before certificates and Statements of Attainment are released
n
- Reviewing student and class files against approved requirements
n
- Maintaining QA registers, rectification records and continuous improvement actions
n
- Identifying recurring issues and helping us fix the process rather than repeatedly fixing individual errors
n
- Supporting internal reviews, self-assurance activities and audit preparation
n
- Developing and improving procedures, checklists and process maps
n




- Providing practical guidance and quality oversight to our offshore Student Administration team in Timor-Leste.

What we're looking for

n

We are looking for someone who is naturally systematic, curious and exceptionally organised.

n

You will ideally have experience within an RTO, VET, education, compliance or similarly regulated environment and understand why accurate records and evidence matter.

n

You should bring:

n

n
- Experience in RTO administration, student data, compliance or quality assurance
n
- Working knowledge of Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems
n
- Knowledge of AVETMISS reporting and NAT file validation
n
- Understanding of the Australian VET environment and AQF requirements
n
- Exposure to the 2025 Standards for RTOs
n
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large amounts of student information and data
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
n
- The confidence to identify an issue and follow it through to resolution
n
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with administration, trainers and management.
n

n

Experience using aXcelerate will be highly regarded.

n

Experience with internal auditing, self-assurance, offshore operations or culturally diverse teams will also be advantageous.

n

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not essential.
