Job Description

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Officer for our facilities in Australia. In this casual role, you will handle reception, merchandising and sales to members, casual users and potential current members, delivering first-class service in line with our established procedures.

You will manage cash with POS devices, assist with memberships, accept bookings and enrolments, and build rapport with customers while upholding safety and security standards.
