n An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to support a major program within a large banking environment.
n You'll work closely with cyber security, cloud, infrastructure and identity teams to strengthen controls and improve resilience against emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive vulnerability remediation and exposure management activities.
n
- Coordinate responses to critical vulnerabilities and emerging cyber threats.
n
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk-based prioritisation.
n
- Support threat advisory activities and risk reduction programs.
n
- Improve security metrics, reporting and compliance capabilities.
n
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to improve cyber posture.
n
- Develop and maintain operational standards and security procedures.
n

Required Experience

n

n
- Extensive experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys or Rapid7.
n




- Strong understanding of security hardening and configuration management.
n
- Experience responding to critical vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
n
- Knowledge of Essential Eight, ASD ISM, NIST CSF and CIS Benchmarks.
n
- Ability to assess risk and prioritise remediation efforts.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
n
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC or GIAC certifications.
n
- Previous banking or highly regulated industry experience.
n
