About the Role

Working as part of a highly skilled production team, you will be responsible for welding and fabrication activities involved in the construction of complex marine structures.

Key responsibilities include:

- MIG and Flux Core welding on heavy fabrication projects




- Welding hull structures and complex assemblies
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Working collaboratively within a skilled production setting

About You

- Previous experience as a Welder in heavy fabrication, structural steel, marine, mining, or similar industries
- Strong MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience
- Experience working with heavy plate and structural components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong focus on quality, safety and workmanship
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to a long-term opportunity
