Your Role & Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction – Greet patients warmly,
manage appointments, and handle registrations.
n
Effective Communication – Assist patients in person, over the phone, and via email.
n
Team Collaboration – Work closely with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
n
Billing Assistance – Support billing and insurance processes for seamless transactions.
n
What We're Looking For:

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – A warm, friendly approach is a must.

- Organisational Excellence – Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting.

- Customer Service Experience – Prior medical reception or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
