Key Responsibilities

As a Practice Nurse, your duties will include: Providing clinical care in line with professional and safety standards Conducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments,



and triage Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation Ensuring infection control procedures and policies are followed Assisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasks About You

You are a proactive and organised nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high safety standards. Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse) At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience in Australia Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse (Bachelor) Relevant working rights for Australia Strong communication and teamwork skills Why nurses choose Pulse
