As CSK expands, we are seeking a service coordinator to join our growing service team. As the Service Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the maintenance, service, and repair of specialised medical-grade refrigeration equipment.

Key responsibilities

Scheduling our refrigeration mechanics for service and repairs work

Reviewing reports and forwarding them to our customers in a timely manner

Preparing quotations for service and repair work

Invoicing

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders and clients

Take ownership of responsibilities and actively contribute to achieving business performance goals, meeting delivery timeframes, and ensuring customer satisfaction

About you

Robust customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication





Proven experience in a customer service and/or administrative role

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Proficient computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and electronic job management systems like simPRO or similar

Ability to work effectively independently and within a team

A friendly customer focused attitude

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

A friendly and supportive office environment

Ongoing training and development

Early finish each Friday
