and trusting relationships with participants through active listening and positive role modelling Provide personal care where required, including support with toileting, eating, communication, medication, transport, and behaviour support Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity of care and safe service delivery Promote Vision and Goals services, values, and the NDIS both internally and externally Maintain accurate and timely records using the approved Client Information Management System (e.g., ShiftCare) Complete and submit timesheets within required timeframes
