We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of our Cheltenham warehouse operations. This is a contract role working 30 hours a week for the next six months, suited to someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and enjoys being accountable for results. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and accurately.

Key responsibilities

- Independently managing all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, devanning and stocktake
- Maintaining accurate inventory control and ensuring efficient movement of goods in and out of the facility
- Keeping the warehouse secure, organised and compliant with WH&S; requirements
- Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively to maintain service standards
- Providing onsite support to the Customer Service team
- Engaging with customers where required, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a customer-first approach

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations




- Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Sound judgement and confident decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a skilled, customer-focused approach
- The flexibility to work occasional weekends or additional hours during peak periods
