The Role
n As Junior Sales Manager, you'll support the sales team's day-to-day operations while building the skills to lead your own team. You'll work closely with senior sales leadership, manage a small pipeline of accounts, and help shape processes as we scale.

What You'll Do

n

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, from prospecting through to close

n

Support the Sales Manager with pipeline reporting, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

n





Help onboard and mentor junior sales reps as the team grows

n

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy

n

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offers

n

Track KPIs and report on performance against targets

n

What We're Looking For

n

5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role

n

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

n

A proactive, target-driven mindset with a genuine interest in leadership

n

Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting on metrics

n

Experience in solar, renewable energy, or a related technical field is a plus

n
