New client onboardings Briefing internal teams about new campaigns and ensuring its alignment with the client’s objectives Facilitating campaign updates on a day-to-day basis -

you are the conduit between clients and internal staff Working alongside the Account Management team to provide an exceptional client experience Joining the Account Managers on client calls when required Weekly monitoring of all campaigns to identify any challenges Maintain client notes and documents, ensuring relevance and up-to-date information in relation to client requests, business needs, campaign adjustments, and future opportunities. Your role will centre around supporting the Commercial teams to help implement and manage client tasks and projects as effectively as possible.



You will also be expected to identify and implement process improvements where applicable to ensure seamless workflows are adhered to between clients and internal teams. Requirements:

Ideally, we would love you to have at least 1 x year with similar experience, however this role could be a great fit for a graduate also. The MOST important thing, is attitude and a willingness to lean right in Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) desirable Familiar with GA4, Meta Business Manager Excellent communication skills - email, phone and F2F Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Growing agency where you're not just a number but a key player in the team (seriously) Fantastic current offices in Woolloongabba & Burleigh Heads - pick your office to work from Flexible hours 3pm finishes on Fridays Birthday and anniversary perks (think: colourful spinning wheel!)
