We’re looking for an experienced or advanced educator who is: Confident leading practice and influencing others Passionate about children’s learning and development A natural coach who builds strong, capable teams Values-driven with a strong focus on quality and outcomes Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an

Experienced Educator (Cert III + 4+ years)

or

Diploma-qualified Advanced Educator Strong understanding of





child development and program planning Demonstrated ability to

coach, mentor, and support educators Experience leading or influencing

program quality and continuous improvement Essential Requirements

Certificate III (minimum) or Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection Certification Relevant OSHC / childcare experience Why Join Us?
