$58.68 + super per hour

About you

A qualification in

IT/Computer Science , relevant IT education/training, or equivalent experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience providing technology/IT support in a client-focused environment

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, PC and Apple technologies

Experience with

Audio Visual, video conferencing, print/imaging and mobile technologies

A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work in a changing service setting
