The Role As the Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, including:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor management
Managing lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
Preparing budgets and monitoring property expenditureConducting routine property inspections
Managing arrears and tenancy matters
Liaising with contractors, owners and service providers
Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring assets are managed efficiently and professionally
