The Opportunity Based in our Arndell Park office, we're seeking a commercially driven

Sales & Operations Manager

with a strong background in

sales, business development and account management.

The key focus of this role will be winning new business, growing existing accounts and building strong client relationships across blue-collar and technical industries. You'll proactively identify new opportunities, develop industry connections and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Alongside the sales focus, you'll support the operational delivery of labour hire services,



ensuring workforce requirements are met and clients receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Drive current business and secure new clients requiring blue-collar labour solutions

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Grow existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities

Develop strong client relationships and industry networks

Prepare quotations and tailored labour solutions

Oversee workforce delivery, rostering and client requirements

Work closely with recruitment teams to meet workforce needs

Ensure compliance, service quality and operational standards are maintained

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development or account management

Strong ability to generate leads, win new business and grow client accounts

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills

Experience in labour hire, recruitment or workforce solutions highly regarded

Rail, construction, engineering or technical industry experience advantageous

Strong organisation and problem-solving skills

Current driver's licence desirable
