Midwest Auto Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Geraldton. This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued part of our Service Department and play a key role in helping customers keep their vehicles running at their best.

About the Role

- In this hands-on, fast-paced position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service from check-in to vehicle handover
- Managing daily service bookings and communicating repair timelines
- Coordinating with Technicians and Workshop Controller
- Preparing accurate job cards, repair orders and quotes
- Keeping customers updated on progress, additional work and approvals

- Supporting the dealership’s reputation for excellence and professionalism

What Makes You a Great Fit We’re ideally looking for someone with experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry, however this is preferred rather than essential. What matters most is that you’re a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping customers and delivering a great experience every time.

You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy,



supportive team and you bring excellent organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail. A proactive attitude is important, as is the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of a fast-paced environment.

A current driver’s licence is required (manual preferred but not essential).
