The Role
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to work in our busy retail dealership. You will:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Take service bookings and enquiries
- Prepare quotations for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate daily service bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership guests
- Liaise with the workshop and dealership team
- Provide timely guest follow-up contact
About You To succeed in this role you will have:
- A customer-focused attitude and friendly,
engaging manner
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced setting
- Current driver’s licence
Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
